5.2 Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

5.3 Free Trial: We offer a 14-day free trial. Your subscription will automatically begin after the trial unless you cancel.

5.4 Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6.2 Your Content: You retain ownership of any content you submit to our service. You grant us a license to use, store, and process your content to provide the service.

6.3 Feedback: Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by us without obligation or compensation to you.

7. Data and Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the service complies with applicable data protection laws.

8. Service Availability

8.1 Uptime: We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

8.2 Maintenance: We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice when possible.

8.3 Modifications: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, secure, or meet your requirements.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZenoAssist from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of others.

12. Termination

12.1 By You: You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

12.2 By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice.

12.3 Effect: Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We will delete your data within 90 days unless legally required to retain it.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
